self-storage business for 21 years.
We have more than 3,000 storage spaces ranging in size from
12 sq. ft. to 100 sq. ft. housed in facilities located at
Boynton Beach, Melbourne, and Cocoa, Florida.

Air Conditioning

our spaces are indoors - none of them are outdoors in garages. |

our spaces have ventilated sidings permitting unobstructed air
circulation. |

our spaces have real 100% air conditioning - not "air cooled"
or "climate controlled." |

our buildings have unobstructed air circulation in a single
unobstructed area with 20 ft. high ceilings to ensure air
circulation within the storage spaces. |
Security

Storage Place has electronic security for each entry door to
the building monitored to the police and fire departments. |

We
have camera security viewing entry doors to the building, aisles,
and parking area, all of which are continually viewable on-site
by office personnel. |

Three
staff members are scheduled on duty every day of the week during
all business hours: two are office personnel and one is a maintenance/security
person patrolling the storage area. |
Cleanliness

Aisles
are swept daily. |

are wet mopped daily. |

are sprayed twice a month for pest control. |
Cost

There
is no deposit fee. |

is no administration fee. |

are no other fees except in connection with lateness or nonpayment
of rent. |

Tenants
may cancel their lease(s) at any time and receive a full refund
of any rent prepaid for any period beyond the date of termination. |

of the large choice of sizes, tenants are able to minimize rent
by renting the smallest size they actually need. |
