Florida's East Coast Self Storage

More than 35 Years of Experience

Frequently Asked Questions

What is air conditioned storage?

At many other storage facilities, a typical storage unit is similar to a garage: an outdoor room with a door. If you’re only planning on storing boxes filled with clutter you don’t care about, this method may be right for you. If you’re like most renters, who have valuable items like antiques and fragile items like photographs, documents, and books, you may need something more. Our buildings are built to provide full ventilation and air conditioning, protecting your belongings from heat and humidity. All of our spaces are located indoors and are on the ground floor, so now you can have both the protection and the convenience you’re looking for!

Where are your facilities located?

We offer multiple properties along the east coast of Florida so that you have the variety you need to find the facility that’s perfect for you:

When are your offices open?

All of our offices are open every day of the week from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., allowing you to get in touch with our team without rearranging your entire schedule to do it! We are closed on the following days: January 1, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and December 25. In addition, we close at noon on December 24.

When are your access hours?

Our access hours run the same time as our office hours: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. every day. By closing our doors in the evening and reopening in the morning, we greatly minimize the amount of property activity during the times that crime normally occurs. These hours allow us to provide a more secure environment while offering a super convenient experience.

What are your security features?

We take security seriously, which you’ll immediately see with the amount of features we’ve implemented. We utilize electronic security at each entrance to the building and these points are monitored by police and fire departments. We’ve also set up surveillance cameras at each point of entry and we have a minimum of two staff members on the property every day.

How much will my unit cost?

While the rate on your unit will depend on its size and features, you’ll be glad to know that we never tack on administrative fees or charge you a deposit. Many facilities wait until you’re signing your lease to let you know that you’ll be paying more, and sometimes these fees can add up to the price of the rent itself! At The A/C Storage Place we think you deserve more. We even refund prepaid rent when you give us a week’s notice before moving out. You won’t find that level of service and simplicity anywhere else!
